Q: What is SIMable exactly?
A: SIMable is a little chip which fixes to your SIM card which then enables the SIM to fully function in most mobile phones, even if they are locked.

Q: Which phones does SIMable work with?
A: The full list can be found by selecting "Handsets" in the menu.

Q: How do i fix enable to my SIM card?
A: This is very simple and can be done in 10 seconds. It involves cutting a tiny hole in your SIM with the free cutting tool we supply. Once done simply align it with your SIM and insert in your phone.

Q: Some phones are marked with *. What does this mean?
A: Handsets marked with * need an extra tiny hole cut on the SIMable chip. This is very simple and we will send you full intructions.

Q: Will the phone work as normal with SIMable.
A: Absolutely 100%, including all 3G functions.

Q: How much does SIMable cost?
A: SIMable costs just £16.99 plus a small delivery charge of £2.95. This covers delivery to any worldwide destination.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We will only offer a refund if the SIMable chip is found to be faulty and returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Units returned faulty after 28 days will be offered a replacement.

Q: Where is it shipped from?
A: SIMable is shipped from the UK.

Q: Which delivery method do you use?
A: We ship by first class Recorded Delivery to UK destinations and Standard Airmail to all other countries.

Q: When will SIMable be shipped after i place my order?
A: If an order is received before 4pm GMT Monday - Friday your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be shipped next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Q: Can i pay extra for quicker delivery?
A: Yes, please send an email to Support@SIMable.com requesting this before purchase.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept secure payments through PayPal.

Q: I do not have a PayPal account, can i still buy?
A: Yes, you can pay by most credit cards without a PayPal account.
