Accepted Methods of Payment

There are two primary methods of payment for goods ordered:

Online Payment

All online payments are handled securely through PayPal and most debit and credit cards are accepted.

Cheque / Postal Order

If you are paying by cheque or postal order, please make cheques payable to '24/7 Mobile Solutions Ltd' and put your full name and order number on the back of the cheque. Post your cheque to the following address:

24/7 Mobile Solutions Ltd, 47 Wood Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 9BQ, United Kingdom.

This may take up to 10 working days to clear in full, after which we will process your order and deliver your goods.

Any orders placed by those aged under 18 must be with the consent of a parent or carer. Any information given by the child must be with the consent of a parent or carer. The card holder must be available to give information in cases where an under 18 is ordering.

Shipment of Order

All goods are shipped from the United Kingdom. Wherever possible we try to maintain a positive stock level at all times but should no stock be available we will email you offering you the opportunity to cancel your order and have a full refund.

Orders received before 4pm GMT will be shipped the same day and orders received after 4pm GMT and on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next working day.

UK deliveries are sent by first class Recorded Delivery and all other overseas orders are shipped by Standard Airmail. The online price is £16.99 with a standard small delivery charge of £2.95. The delivery charge applies to any worldwide destination. If you require a faster courier delivery please email Support@SIMable.com before purchasing.

SIMable Warranty

SIMable comes complete with a full two year warranty from date of purchase. Should the unit become defective during that period it should be returned the the above address and a replacement unit will be sent out. This does not cover the event of any customer damage. The cost of the postage will not be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will only be offered in the event of SIMable being returned faulty within 28 days of purchase. This does not cover customer damage. It is very important that you check that your handset is compatible by clicking here.

IMPORTANT - Please ensure that your SIM card is correctly cut using our free cutting tool. Click here for more details. 24/7 Mobile Solutions will not be responsible for the cost of replacing your SIM card should you cut it incorrectly.

Privacy

As all online payments are handled securely through PayPal we not hold hold any credit or debit card details. The only customer details we hold are your name, address and email address and these will never be passed on to any third party.
